Since my grandfather gave me my first camera when I was 10 years old, I have been photographing. I started photographing professionally while still in high school in 1983.
In 1990, I started working for Teddy Bear Portraits. While there, I served as a member of the management team, as well as a photographer. I photographed child care centers for years, and loved it, but I felt God calling me in a different direction. I knew that He wanted me to expand my business, so I did.
My calling in life is to create and capture happy memories for others. My business specializes in high volume photography, such as schools and sports teams, in Middle Tennessee. Recently, I have been blessed by having my daughter, Elizabeth, join my business. She will bring a fresh, new perspective with her artistic abilities. This will make us a perfect blend of tradition and dramatic photography.
I am currently a member of Professional Photographers of America, and as member I proudly follow their code of ethics. I am also a member of Professional Photographers of Middle TN.
